Mr. Muhammad Asad Ashfaq Tola read law from the University of London, where-after he commenced his post-graduate studies and completed the Bar Professional Training Course from the University of the West of England, Bristol and was subsequently called to the Bar of England and Wales from the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. He also holds a certification in Civil and Commercial Mediation from the ADR Group, London; is enrolled with the Sindh Bar Council as an Advocate of the High Courts; and is also a member of the Karachi Tax Bar Association.

Ms. Eshal is a University of London graduate with expertise in various areas of law coupled with her vast experience in proceeding in the District and High Courts whilst assisting in the Superior Courts of Pakistan. Mr. Raahim Shuaib Abbasi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of London. Mr. Mirza Moiz Baig holds a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School, prior to which he received an undergraduate degree in law from the Lahore University of Management Sciences.
Mr. Baig has the distinction of having served as a Law clerk at the Supreme Court of Pakistan and as an associate to the Attorney General for Pakistan, where he had the opportunity to work on cutting edge constitutional disputes involving the disqualification of parliamentarians, judicial misconduct, and disputes emanating from the 18th Constitutional Amendment. Prior to joining this firm, Mr. Baig worked at a leading international arbitration firm in the Middle East.

Asad has been part of HWP Law since September, 2018 and is currently working with Mr. Abdul Moiz Jaferii. Asad appears before various provincial tribunals, district courts and the High Courts of Pakistan whereby he offers litigation services in the areas of construction disputes and proprietary rights, matters raising federal and provincial officers’ inaction challenged through constitutional petitions, defamatory civil suits for damages (filed against one of the leading media channels i.e. SAMAATV), and infringement of intellectual property rights. Asad has collaborated with Public Interest Law Association of Pakistan (PILAP) in the past, toensure fulfilment of fundamental rights for all citizens as enshrined by our Constitution, 1973.
